This project was completed recently. A new 14' x 38' deck, railing, and wheelchair ramp were installed for a group residence. Challenges included stiff clay soil which needed to be removed and drained, working around existing underground utilities, and matching the elevation of the existing concrete stoop. The job was completed on time and within budget.
